Our land consists of a valley, dissected by a year-round flowing river, with heavily forested ridges on both sides of a gorgeous meadow. It is full of color year round, with a wide assortment of flowers, herbs and trees. The property is very unique in that it includes numerous micro-climates. The views are spectacular and the night skies are an astronomer's dream.
We are near a small town that offers all the basic sevices. The surounding area is largley Hispanic, with a rich cultural, religious and social tradition. About Hummingbird

Hummingbird
Ranch is located on 500 acres of lush and breathtaking land nestled
against the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in New Mexico at an altitude
of approximately 7500 feet. 
Hummingbird
Ranch's basic infrastructure is in place with both permanent and
temporary accommodations. The campground/retreat area has basic
services including a summer kitchen, strawbale bath house, and several
soft sided domes. A garden has been plowed and fenced, ready to
be planted, with an irrigation pond dug and access to the local
acequia. We are blessed with abundant deeded water rights on the
property to support our agricultural interests.
