Groups About Global Family Global Family, founded in 1986, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are an international network of individuals and groups who choose to experience themselves as members of one human family and who desire to actualize their life purpose through joining with others in compassionate action for the benefit of all. Global Family is working with a variety of aligned organizations, teams and projects serving to co-create a new world of hope and possibility. Global Family’s function within this matrix is to share the principles and practices of co-creation to “flatten hierarchies” within teams, businesses and organizations thereby fostering creative expression and cooperation. At Hummingbird Ranch, our land-based retreat center and intentional community in northern New Mexico, we model co-creation and environmental sustainability.

What is looming before us now is a collective jump — faster
and more complex than any the world has known. We find ourselves
at present in the midst of the most massive shift of perspective
humankind has ever known. Clearly we are living in a time in which
our very nature is in transition. The scope of change is calling
forth patterns and potentials in the human brain/mind system that
as far as we know, were never needed before. Knowings that were
relegated to the unconscious are becoming conscious. Experiences
that belonged to extraordinary reality are becoming ordinary.

As a peace-education organization committed to co-creation and shifting consciousness to unity, love and cooperation, we utilize Core Groups, gatherings, events, and publications in order to educate and support personal and planetary transformation. Global Family has been a NGO with the United Nations since 1989 and actively supports many of the programs associated with that international organization. Our many outreach programs link innovative people and projects worldwide providing support and networking opportunities for like-minded individuals and groups. 
We have seeded thousands of Core Groups around the world through
our trainings, gatherings, and publications. Our current guidebook,
